The joy of appreciating (and auditioning for) TV commercials, especially ones that include allergy sufferer, frustrated mom, and woman who likes eating chips
As a commercial actor of many years, I agree that there's a love-hate relationship with the audition process. If you've not spent 20 minutes in a callback showing all the varying levels of headache your sinus issues are giving you, you haven't truly tried to make it in commercials. And watching the Super Bowl in LA is entirely different than anywhere else I've lived--because everyone knows someone who worked on those spots in one form or another. But do I miss schlepping down to Ocean Park at 3:30p on a Friday? NOPE! Can't wait to watch the series.

Haha thank you ;)
Ahhh, I auditioned for, and acted in some commercials years ago in Japan! So relate to all this!
Thank you for reading! ;)
