"Gynocowboy"! This has made my day. So good! I'm in the same club except for me the pelvic floor therapy wasn't enough and I ended up having pelvic sling surgery. Gave me my life back! I'm glad your writing about this because it affect countless women!

Thank you for sharing, Dhana! I'm glad you found relief. There's so many of us in the club, that's why I wrote it--to help each other feel seen, and to help others ❤️

Thanks so much for writing about this issue! Pelvic floor prolapse isn’t talked about nearly enough. When I was 68 years old I had come back from a Zumba class and during my post exercise shower I felt a bulge in my vaginal area. I had absolutely no idea what was going on. I thought it was a tumor! Only after I saw a gynecologist did I find out that the bulge was my uterus descending into my vaginal canal. And it turns out that if you’ve given birth vaginally and are active and older, you are likely to experience this situation. Who knew? This just isn’t talked about enough. Thank you for your essay and shining a light on an all too common condition woman face.
